Doing a soft 75 because I’ve done the hard a few times & I don’t have the time to dedicate to it the way I want to. Anyways.. my goal is to drink all my water & stay away from sweets & sugary drinks & get some type of movement in for 30 mins. My goal really is 45, but w my schedule imma do 30 MIN.
