Remote sensing, Python, Neovim, Arch Linux etc. I like free as freedom, not gratis.
I need to use the pyhdf library to read HDF4 files, but the design of the library is a bit weird🤔

One of my concerns with the Trump regime is the shrinkage of Landsat and other Earth observation programs due to NASA's budget cuts.
I hope Elon Musk doesn't start doing something stupid.

One of the best app for me.
I can listen any website, PDF file etc while I walk around.
The app may not look fancy, but it is amazingly feature rich and is always being actively updated.
I really appreciate it 😍

Many times when I try to study remote sensing properly, I get stuck in electromagnetic.
I need to relearn electromagnetic from the basics.

What’s going on with the versions of hatch? There are 1.12 and 1.24, but does that mean 1.12 is the newer version??

Do you still use packages from r-forge on your new R project?
All the projects on r-forge seem to be dead.

I found that if I want to run python codes in R, virtual environment for the python needs to be created from system python.

Orfeo toolbox remove their GUI from the official release since version 9.0.0. QGIS is official GUI from now, and it looks good decision.
(But i'm having trouble adding OTB to processing toolbox on QGIS.)
