I can definitely agree with you that the mashed potatoes with the gravy is one of the better thanksgiving foods. It does taste really good on its own or if you combine it with other foods. I personally think that the turkey is the best food that sits on that table. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

Hello Dylan, I was amazed to find out that leptin had on our body. Before I never knew about the genetic and biological factor that led to obesity. it is always important to consider these factors as future health care providers to make sure we give the best care. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

Hey Jack, I totally agree with you. People dont know the effects they are causing by fat-shaming. It causes more problems than it actually solves. Like what James Corden said, there are multiple different factors that can cause it, and shaming is not going to solve them. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

Hello Jack, intermittent fasting is definitely a popular trend that a lot of people are following. Scientific literature shows that it actually has no extra benefit on weight loss compared to a regular traditional diet, and it doesn't improve metabolic health. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353
