He IS our president, whether we like it or not. That doesn't mean he personally deserves respect, but the Presidency as such does. I resent how many republicans used to say 'Obama is not my president'.
But I refer to him as Donald, as if he were just someone sitting next to me on a train.

I believe the rest of the world is not in the cult. Every Finance Minister, every President and every Prime Minister around the globe understands what you wrote. I believe/hope each one of them is actively connecting with trustworthy partners to be ready before his next tantrum/threat.
