Just thinking, paper is the answer. If we're going to educate people in an age of LLMs and constant distraction--making them do paper exams AND read actual physical books and articles may be the way.

It's worth thinking about since I want to extend my work to leadership and other types of organizations. (Especially business... ca-ching if I can pull it off!) Universities/colleges could probably benefit as well. 2/x

It's serious. First, the way I think of the vice presidency--universities, which are really unique entities, should have one. A full junior partner to the leader. But all the vice chancellors, provosts etc? They do not seem essential. 1/x
