Over the years, we have seen numerous accounts about how patients at Tembisa Hospital are treated and how dilapidated the facilities are. We have lost many lives!

Corruption has actual victims! How many more people must suffer so corrupt people can buy luxury cars?

[JOINT STATEMENT]: Why are South African classrooms and children becoming fast food billboards?

McDonald’s branded desk donation illustrates the dangers of austerity and the consequent cuts to the education budget – it incentivises corporate actors to encroach into spaces abandoned by the state.

We have stood together as the amandla.mobi community year in and year out to say NO to VAT hikes & budget cuts. The R370 is already not being paid to millions who should receive it, & now Treasury wants people struggling to put food on the table to pay more VAT. The answer is simple: TAX THE RICH!

In his State of the Nation Address, President Cyril Ramaphosa committed to improving Early Childhood Development, saying:

"Our immediate focus is to expand access to early childhood development for every child..."

President Ramaphosa continues to make vague comments. In his #SONA2025 he mentions:

“The SRD Grant will be expanded to create a more sustainable source of income." We need a proper plan on how he plans to transition to a Basic Income Grant. Vague comments on the R370 grant will just not cut it!
