I'm burned out on politics, but yet, I'm not allowed to be due to a maniac that needs to be monitored and fought. I remember times, back before the dark times, that I had no idea what the President was doing, and that was fine.

I feel trapped, panicked, anxious, and exhausted from the constant assault from the news. Thank God for my anxiety meds, but even those are straining lately. Being trans doesn't help. Being on Medicaid and SNAP doesn't help with possible cuts on the horizon. I feel like there's no escape.
