From what I recall, there has been a spread of disease from Central and Southern America into the United States, but it's not because of migrants bringing livestock, but Climate Change making it easier for insects that cause or carry the diseases to travel further north.

What's particularly funny is that it was silver, not gold that has been the primary method of monetary exchange for thousands of years.
A currency backed by gold is terrible for economic growth because of a) limited monetary supply and b) too strong to be used for lending.

There was a left-wing of the Nazi Party, led by Otto and Gregor Strasser, they were firmly anti-capitalist in their outlook and promoted pro-labor policies.
That said, their philosophy was heavily mired in racial politic, Nationalism and positioned itself as anti-Marxist.

There was a left-wing of the Nazi Party, led by Otto and Gregor Strasser, they were firmly anti-capitalist in their outlook and promoted pro-labor policies.
