First #bird visit of the new year goes to this Carolina wren. It was through my #BirdBuddy camera I learned that all the post-norovirus laundry my husband did is now in a heap on the muddy grass, because the wind snapped our clothesline last night 🙃

Two-hour delay for school this morning. I look outside my house, not even a dusting. Two blocks away, neighbor's lawn is covered. Drive a mile to daughter's school, ground has two inches in places, and someone already built a substantial snowman.
