I’d describe these costumes as a middle school theatre repurposing their Edwin Drood costumes for Pride and Prejudice

I've seen other Carmila adaptation movies, I like The Blood Spattered Bride, but I've never seen the Hammer trilogy

I'm not gonna say it's amazing, cause it's not, but I enjoyed it a lot, it's got a great cast. It is a bit of a mess and the pacing is very strange

Oof, I'm sorry you had to be witness to his behavior and I'm sorry for the girl, I hope she's ok now and has been able to move on and recontextualize that "relationship" now as an adult
