The very first witness I ever cross examined in my career was a cop. He admitted faking the time stamp on a video recording because Client was of a race and sexual orientation cop didn't like.

As he came off the bench, he stopped, looked at me, and said "pray you never get pulled over."

Your regular reminder that there's a profession where the employees are so violent, so untrustworthy, that they are required by law to have personal video supervision every time they interact with the general public, just so there is any sort of factual record of what occurs.
