The Budapest "cogwheel" also has great space for bikes.

When I rode it down there were a load of mountain bikers waiting to go back up. I presume to run laps which I was very jealous of.

Very reminiscent of the way women have been treated in such scenarios. If they act in a driven or passionate way they are labelled as bossy or pushy.

It's essentially just using an ad hominem instead of addressing someone's point, usually because you don't have a good counter.

Nah that is an archetypal village if ever I've seen one

Also I noted that the main roads north/south and east/west both have (low quality unprotected) cycle lanes on them. I bet it never takes anyone on a bike 30 minutes to cross Deansgrange.
