My poor friend couldn’t make it out of Charlotte due to weather so she missed her Bangkok flight out of Chicago…twice! Then she couldn’t rebook because they put her bag on a different plane to Chicago after they cancelled her flight. I’m all alone and she still doesn’t have her bag 😩
