Injury news less than encouraging today, Havertz a massive concern and I am not sure we know the full story on that one.

We need Noni and Martinelli back at least.

Is it to replace all thrown ins with a Phil Foden 5 yard pass?
The recent rise of long throws and set pieces has led to questions about whether football is becoming boring.

Former Arsenal, Manchester City and France defender Gael Clichy thinks he has a solution - what do you think?

I don’t think our injuries are bad luck, there have been too many now to suggest otherwise.

Whether anything can be done about it is another debate as it’s as likely to simply be about the PL and schedule as anything.

The club has done all it can to build in resilience this season.

Congratulations on your 3 goals.

The cynic in me says Benn and Eubank are after a 3rd bout here...

Woke up feeling fresh, my cousin’s getting married, it’s also my name day - just wanted to thank Phil Foden for everything.

Rules aside (letter of the law isn't a fun argument after all is it...), I would be fuming if we had the Liverpool disallowed goal, so it isn't always us.

But in the wider context, someone will need to explain why we are so intent on ruling out goals and giving penalties for technicalities

This game is like your kids drawing on the wall, it’s not what you want to happen but you have to accept it’s quite funny.

Doku looks good to be fair

I thought these two were supposed to be playing exciting free flowing football?

Hope that doesn’t impact Haaland confidence over a very long period of time….

That result could have happened in any of our games this season, sometimes it happens like that

Had a bad feeling about that game so im ok with a point, silly way to draw it but that is football.

Sunderland were really good which we can't ignore also.

Get some players back after the break, which is well timed for once and go again.

Largely similar to most of our games, but we conceded.

Going to be tough because they know what they are doing, I am afraid our favourites need to do a bit more here. I dont think shifting it in side and crossing it is going to cut it.

Good job we look like scoring with every atta.....oh

My biggest issue with this new format of big cup is that unless I do a Doom prediction calendar after every game, I have no idea whats happening.

I’ve no real opinion on the impact of the Diaz card as Bayern had about 300 wingers but that’s a red card.

It’s a scissor kick and his trailing leg smashes into the side of Hakimis knee….which is why they are illegal.
