Felt like a milk stout kind of an evening #notbeerbods so a Black Sheep Milk Stout it is. It's smoky but not that smooth on the mouthfeel that you might expect.

Going for one of my remaining #lidlfestbox biers for #notbeerbods this evening with this Marzen Festbier from Hohenthanner Schlossbrauerei. It has a beautiful dark caramel colour and a sweet caramel on the palate as well, which seems to becomes bitter in the aftertaste. A very fine beverage indeed.

One of the last, if not the actual last, remaining bottles of Starry Nights from the late lamented Malt the Brewery tonight. Only 13 past its BBE date its slightly fruitier than I remember, perhaps thanks to the extended bottle conditioning. But it's still a lovely drop of brown beer #bskybeer

I've had plenty of Budvar Budweiser before but I've never had a Tmavy Lezák. It's got some hefty dark lager vibes going on. Happy accident picking these up. #bskybeer

Fresh from my latest brewser box it's crib goch from weekend project. It's certainly got west coast vibes, the bitterness is really up there. Think I'd enjoy it more drinking it in the dark however, I struggle with beer that looks like a pint of murky pineapple and lemonade. #beerbods #bskybeer
