748. U2 - The Joshua Tree - 0/10

If this was a real tree it would deserve the same fate that the one at Sycamore Gap suffered. Zing, crackle, thud. Goodbye forever. Mullen's drums already sound like the middle and end of that process, splintered and thumping. Timber!

If you play it backwards you can hear an AI generated John Lennon whispering about how McCartney is an insufferable prick.
November 17, 2025 at 8:44 AM
Probably the best track McCartney has ever made

Cunt's gonna die, in relative terms real soon, and the entropy of succession will be an inferno.

Never. I don't know why nobody else thinks this is weird. He's so unhappy, I just wish he'd fuck off and stop inflicting his misery on everyone else.

747. Ray Charles - The Genius Of Ray Charles - 0/10

The sudden brass sound blares make me feel like a soldier being shelled in the trenches. Each explosive blast is terrifying on its own; in sum it's a shocking din that left me gibbering. Awful.

What "doxxing" are we talking about here? Is it just criminal cases being reported?

746. Beth Orton - Central Reservation - 0/10

Imagine tackling this album without caffeine. I imagine that yawning so hard your brain falls out wouldn't put you in a good column on the actuarial charts. Central Reservation is fundamentally a middle of the road, going nowhere album. Awful.

So nearly as bad as actual Christianity then?

We need more habitats for insects and arachnids. Long live thatched rooves and their many dwellers!

I intend to watch it again, so any excuse..

From Lorde to Lordi. Beer logic.

I will wear all four of those songs as badges of pride. No regret in any of that. Further down the list, however, is much shame...
November 14, 2025 at 11:29 AM
Just kidding, yes, loved it
November 14, 2025 at 11:27 AM
No, what is it?
November 14, 2025 at 11:27 AM
My last four songs played on the jukebox in my local 😆

Soda Pop is the most sickly, saccharine, empty fizz song I know. And I love it.

745. John Martyn - Solid Air - 0/10

The Mandlebrot album. Everywhere is endless detail. The more you zoom in, the more you see the same fractal shapes over and over. But there's comes a point where you ask whether you're enjoying it. No, you aren't. So how do you get out? You can't. Awful.

A Poisson distribution of ill will, then.

But it is only one individual in particular.
November 13, 2025 at 11:51 AM
Nobody wants it, yet it's popular.

You're so close to getting it. You'll kick yourself when you see it.

744. New Order - Technique - 0/10

New Order (formed from the ashes of Joy Division after all their talent died) are a living representation of your uncle in a Hawaiian shirt trying to do a rap at a karaoke. The gulf between ambition and ability is canyonlike. Awful.

As long as it's aimed at Washington
