I'm no professional but I think he's having mental health issues. He changed after his stroke and it seems to be getting worse.

Its terrifying, I feel like I could be out in the street at any moment. I have a buddy that's putting me up while I go through treatment and another who's offered a place down south. My concern is I'm completely at the mercy of others at this point. Having a rough couple days.
