Creatures who bake: When you began.. did you take a formalized approach? or just brute-force journeyman a bunch of little heuristics and sight measurements based on the unique dimensions of your bowls? I have a funny logarithmic scale of inches of shaken-flat flour for my volume.

Here’s a political economy thought—we need state-backed micro-finance in underserved urban and rural communities with interest rates that are much better than commercial banks… with those rates being available only to 1) real community members who want to 2) start businesses or get mortgages.
