I'm 24 and I cry when doors slam, alarms go off, people yell around me or I get very frustrated/upset
I constantly wanna go home and just lay on the floor depressed even though I know I should be doing so many other things in life

Literally had to DNF "Strange the Dreamer" because its about having a happier life in your dream world with your lover trying to ignore the chaos and negativity of the real world, and now I'm living that and it made me cry the other night.

Look, they will only do so much as everyone accepts. If you play games made with Gen AI slop/stolen art you'll be contributing to the problem AND signaling that you want more.

How do you survive in a life where literally everyone around you is a pessimist who complains about everything all the time 😕 I found it has been making my mental health way worse, so I've been trying to be around more positive people, but its surprisingly hard and I'm tired
