WN has seen the top of the mountain here, and it was diarrhea in Pachuca. Celtic expects to compete in UEFA Champions League. We managed to get to a federation final and sold half our goal production. Where's the fun in that?

I'm glad the video credits Stills. I never feel older than when "kids" (at my age you're almost all kids) tell me they don't know a certain song or artist, or I hear a song sampled and I just laugh because they have no idea what the original is or who did it.

Courtois is the obvious choice and the best way to preserve continuity, but I don't know enough about Damet. I like building an organization with succession planning in mind so you are capable of promoting from within, but at some point you suffer from dilution of talent, either at the top or below.

I can't imagine WN turning down the Celtic job and the opportunity to coach in UCL.
I don't know whether it was Issa's or HSG's decision to punt on CCC, but when you almost get to the top either you go for it or you don't. We didn't, and my fear at the time was that it would cost us our coach.

6 PM flight was on time at 4 PM, then delayed until 8:30, then cancelled. By then I was already in a rental on the road. There is only one non-stop from CVG to FLL and there was no way I would count on a connection. At least driving I knew I was in control my own timeline and not the FAA/airline.

When did you get home? I ended up with a 16 hour drive in a rental car because I wasn't going to spend another night in Cincinnati.

If you are home by now it took you less time to get to Miami from Delhi than it took me to get from Cincinnati to Fort Lauderdale. 16 hour drive after my flight was cancelled yesterday was still quicker than waiting to rebook and have it all happen again.
