I keep the magic smoke inside networks and let it out sometimes. Travel a bit too. Do landscape and astrophotography when I get the chance and will eventually gain the motivation to post and put a store together
Wow I had no idea you could ever get that during the day long exposure or not. That's awesome!

There is a law requiring a person to be dead for two years before appearing on a coin for circulation or collections. Medals don't count but not sure if this is or not. Either way laws are all made up so who the fuck knows anymore

I was at a friends place recently and they were watching youtube the whole time and I noticed every single ad was either about telling you how good this bill or the local repub is. It's insanity. Most people are going to believe what's being shoved down their throat.

I struggle with this too with people. They just simply never care and there's nothing I can think of that can ever change their mind. I always get back that they're too poor or unimportant to worry about privacy and security and no one wants their data or don't care it's being sold.

Last one from me; this isnt necessarily to make things easier but native Windows ZFS support. I want a full ZFS install without NTFS at least as on option during install

Also, having a new gui tool/menu for drive management that combines things from various old menus. Such as online/offline, bitlocker controls like a drive lock option, drive letter change, eject, etc, and maybe drive tools all in one place. This would be different from the old partition manager

To have a clean bloatware and AI free build of Win11 from Microsoft like how Win7 was. Like a blank slate for corp and power users on the pro edition. We shouldn't need to use cleanup scripts on a new install as much or need GPOs to shut off so much, we should need it to turn things on instead

It took me a while to find but I was able to break the windows update orchestrator so all updates are manual which I do about one a month now. It just breaks the auto install/reboot functionality but you choose to install them on your own time. You can find a tutorial on this if you google it

If you're using Windows 10/11 Pro, theres a local group policy you can enable for this which I just did myself a few days ago and works. If you use home, theres a regkey you can change. I know there should just be a setting for this but these are solid solutions

I had an awkward encounter at a flea market where I gave a 20 and a 4 to pay for food that was 14 since I had no 10. The three people working in there were all very confused why I handed them the extra 4.. I had to explain a couple of times the logic to it. Like Im saving you singles to give me a 10
