In reading the thread, all I can say is I'm happy that you found a place to feel comfortable in being yourself and know that you won't be judged. Places like that are rare. And overall I agree that rushing to define yourself can do harm. Let yourself figure out the boundaries naturally

i understand your pain there. i got my preorder in with bestbuy - to which i had 2 browsers going for two different models. whichever would pop first i chose. and that was after the first one timed out and failed

I would say burn them in fire. That seems to solve a lot of problems but I know can also create more. As the first question I have is what would result from exposing them to flames. Will the air be breathable?

Good luck. I do understand how painstaking it is. Idk if there are deduplication softwares that would help. Or even create more headaches by accidently removing something similar to a different file.

I know, I just didn't know if you had it all on multiple drives and were looking to consolidate it into a single location. That's the only reason I brought it up.
I know that all storage media will fail over time. Just as all tech does. I've had to tell people their systems are beyond saving

I know, so will SSDs given time or data stored. It's just HDDs have a longer shelf life

And I've seen the technological upgrades done to HDDs to end up giving you a 32tb drive. With that drive size idk what the usable would be, sorry. But it would help for storing it all of course.
