Day 95-100 of Exercise:
Mostly did stair pushups whenever I could. Some days I added squats and deadlifts into the mix.

That's the 100 day reached. Managed to reach my goal of doing 1 pushup. Next is 10!

Day 91-94:
Mainly been doing stair push ups for the most part. I can now do 13 somewhat comfortably.

Been too tired to do anything else, whenever I could throughout the day I'd do a set of 'em

10 stair push ups
10 support squats

Left shoulder was hurting when I was doing the push ups. Think it's an instability issue. Will tell physio

Day 80 of Exercise:

2x10 stair shoulder pushed (upgrade)
2x10 stair push ups (scapular retracted)
2x10 supported squats (hips back first when going down)
2x2 push ups

Floor pushups have terrible shoulder form so I'll still be doing stair push ups as I transition

8k steps.

Was planning on doing some more push ups but my chests decided otherwise

Told a friend I did 1 pushup. "I bet you can do 2, go do"

Did 2 sets of 2 pushups xD

Also had physio session. Been doing pushups incorrectly, scapular is not supposed to move. Need to correct

2x13 calve stair push ups. Didn't hold the stair handle for more instability.
1x10 stair push up

I managed to do a push up! Twice! Felt satisfying

Had a social in the evening after work so didn't do much, but I was able to finish my last set of samosas: cooking and eating them.

Also did 1 set of 15 stair push ups ('till failure) when I got home

20 wall push shoulder pushes,
10 supported squats,
10 stair push up,

and most important of all, second set of samosa making.

- 30 minute walk
- Struggled to open two extremely tight jars (succeeded tho)
- Cooked food
- Made like 25 samosas

These exercises may seem unconventional but I assure you they are exercises 😇

Fell asleep after work and woke up p. late. Did what I could, though
- 2x20 stair calve raises
- 2x20 shoulder wall pushes
- 2x10 stair push ups

Reached 10 stair push ups :D 1 normal push up soon™

Body felt tight so I did a full body dynamic stretch to which the brain received many a letter of complaint from every muscle fibre in my being, especially everything.
