On Thursday at Metabolic Pathway Analysis 2025, our PhD student Jordi Roma presented his work on modeling the inhibition of the histone deacetylase SIRT1 by microbial butyrate and its effects on human metabolism.
And in the afternoon, we had a very fun ballroom dance lesson!

I am really enjoying the Metabolic Pathway Analysis 2025 Conference at the stunning main building of Vienna University!
Yesterday, our PhD student Soumen Konar already did a great job presenting his work on multi-omics analysis from placenta samples in the EDEN birth cohort.

I have an opening for a PhD student in my lab @unigroningen.bsky.social to explore the dynamics of the cytoplasm and its connection with metabolism. Application until March 18. For more info: heinemannlab.eu/wp-content/u...

We are a cool lab with amazing, happy people. 😃

Please distribute.
