(1) If it’s a statutory challenge: convince Congress to pass a law.

(2) If it’s a constitutional challenge: try to amend the Constitution.

(3) If that fails: rally voters to elect politicians to do (1) and/or (2).

(4) If that also fails: question whether he is wildly popular.

Hi @chrislhayes.bsky.social — Great to segment with @wagnertonight.msnbc.com and I’m looking forward to her podcast. Can you ask them to raise the QR code onscreen so those with close-caption can see it? This has been a problem for a while

@msnbc.com has become the “What could possibly go wrong?” channel. It’s a decent point, every time, but it is a worn out, trite, ubiquitous phrase. One that most hosts use once, twice, three times per episode. Please be more creative!!

Thanks @corybooker.com for your eloquent and passionate defense of democracy on @maddow.msnbc.com tonight. We need more people like you

I wish @MSNBC would set a policy that prevented hosts and guests from saying “What could possibly go wrong?” Can you imagine how much time would be saved for real commentary?

Adam @klasfeldreports.com and Andrew @weissmann11.bsky.social on @lawrenceodonnell.msnbc.com is always a dazzling combination. Three articulate guys who could take the whole show by themselves.

@maddow.msnbc.com Thanks Rachel for introducing us to @kenmartin, who is so important to our hopes and goals and dream. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

@maddow.msnbc.com Hi Rachel, same thing I just asked Chris Hayes, please put your QR code high on the screen so it doesn’t get blocked by my closed captioned text ❤️❤️❤️

@chrislhayes.bsky.social Quick request: when you show a QR code on TV (for WITH podcast specifically!) can you position it above the area reserved for closed captioning? Thanks, I just want to hear more of you!

I love @maddow.msnbc.com . I love what the bishop said. But I don’t love Rachel’s presenting her as a moral authority. Times have changed. Most people don’t base their actions on what religious leaders tell them to do or not do.
If bishop had said something else, RM would not be interviewing her.
