Oh, by an order of magnitudes. But that’s just the point - I don’t believe any of them WON’T get confirmed. I really wish people had educated themselves on 1933 Germany and how that happened. It wasn’t cut and dry and it certainly wasn’t overnight. And the worst part? It was done “legally”

Avoiding all of it. The last time I watched a confirmation hearing was Kavanaugh. We all knew he was a piece of shit and we all knew it was political theater. Really lost any faith in the “system” that day

My guess is that it was a family dynamics/childhood psych class. Many years ago. Obviously there are limits to ANY modality, but the idea is to let someone who is being intractable about a minor issue realize that it has unintended consequences
