Check out AllSpicer Teresa’s dinner last night. Fried sweet potatoes with our Salted Caramel Popcorn Seasoning and Cinnamon, pork roast with our Brewpub Pepper, and peas (because you have to have something green on the plate). Looks delicious!

Check out this delicious quiche made by AllSpicer Karen! “It’s got a bit of nutmeg and a dash of Brown Dogs Farm Ghost Pineapple Hot Sauce,” she says.

Most of the other ingredients come from local producers like Ebersole Cattle Co., Lost Lake Farm, and Blue Gate Farm.

AllSpicer Karen whipped up these tasty Iowa Inspired Egg Rolls stuffed with cabbage, carrot, and ground brats from The Good Butcher topped with our Everything Bagel Seasoning.

The dipping sauce is our Roasted Sesame Oil, Black Garlic Balsamic Vinegar, and a bit of Bell Farm Honey.

AllSpicer Neil followed a Jamie Oliver gravadlax recipe to make this masterpiece. He used our Ghost Pepper Salt to cure the salmon for a day, along with sugar, vodka, fresh dill, lemon, and orange zest.

Our Traditional Balsamic Vinegar and an EVOO went into the beet mash. Delish!

AllSpicer Nick made this mouthwatering venison loin. He dry rubbed the loin with our Wild Game Rub and let it sit for about an hour, then marinaded it in 2 tablespoons of the rub combined with 1/2 cup of soy sauce and 1 cup of water for three hours before cooking. 🧑‍🍳
