Why can't I use the same email link from a week ago to change the booking? "Delivery date already selected" doesn't matter when you failed it! "Contact the responsible branch for any changes" they say, and the only contact info is a literal noreply at the company.

Why can't you send a single message on the agreed upon date to say you can't make it and give me an option to reschedule, rather than have me sit and wait from 8 AM to 5 PM for nothing?
