5. Sometimes lyrics, sometimes quotes from the story, sometimes they’re sayings I’ve heard or wordplay, etc. sometimes the title comes before the story and sometimes it’s like pulling teeth to find a title I like

4. Yes, always. There’s one from POMH where Cas is showing Dean around the palace and they ALMOST kiss, but it felt too early in the fic, so I cut it out
