Hazelnut espresso bean brittle. So buttery. So nutty. From the insanely good aroma you would swear there’s chocolate in it (but there’s not).
A pile of freshly-broken candy brittle lies in chunks on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. The brittle is a golden caramel color, and it’s studded with an ample amount of whole hazelnuts and espresso beans instead of peanuts.

I usually make colcannon with collard greens, but today I tried it with kale. 10/10, would do again.
A generous dollop of colcannon in a glass dish. There are sautéed onions and small pieces of deep green kale mixed into the mashed potato mixture, and a sheet pan of chicken drumsticks behind the dish.

Pumpkin bars, pumpkin bread, pumpkin cake, whatever you want to call it, with walnuts.
