Arrived at Toronto airport, saw store selling Jays merch near the gates. On the way out, passed Go Jays Go displays. Got to hotel, all TVs in lobby and restaurant showing the game. At checkin, person tells me (w/o being asked) what channel the game is on. Wife asks me, is this an important game? 😂

This sunset was a beaut. Georgian Bay, Ontario, Canada.

I was in an airline lounge at LAX. Jim Carrey walked in and sat near me. A few minutes later, I was about to head to the men’s room when Carrey got up and went in that direction. I couldn’t decide how to handle it if we ended up at the urinals together, so I waited until he came back.

Back home after three weeks driving 3000 km around New Zealand. What a fantastic country. (Already used my new NZ-made merino/possum fur hat while chipping ice off my driveway.)

This Ford Puma has been my friend this week on New Zealand’s South Island. Looks good, fun in the twisties, 48 mpg (US) and I’m not going easy on it.

So it’s been five years today since I brought home my very own Porsche 911 GT3 Touring in an easy-to-carry size. The 991 will always be peak modern-era 911 to me.
