Dear NDP.

Now is when you say that if elected, you will cap class sizes at 25 over an 3 year period to allow for the required capacity buildout.

That’s all you have to do here.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: This week, TEBA applied to the Alberta Labour Relations Board to hold a lockout vote on August 29. This development is not unexpected—it’s the employers’ version of the same legal step teachers took with their strike vote. 1/4

Musk’s status as a “special government employee” limits him to 130 days in the executive branch. However, despite working daily—documented by his own X posts—they claim he only works one day a week, effectively stretching his limit to 130 weeks. This needs to be brought to Congress—please share.

I owe an apology to all James Bond movies. I mocked them for having completely unrealistic, cartoonish villains that simply weren't believable.

2025 has made it impossible to levy that criticism anymore.

Could someone place an order for 100 more Jasmine Crocketts for overnight delivery to the Democratic Party

thx in advance
Crockett: "It's just that they're idiots. These are the same guys as it relates to our nuclear stockpile, they're like, 'Oh, wait a minute, we needed those guys? Can we get them back? Oh, we don't know how to.' I don't know how anyone can look at this administration & feel a semblance of confidence"

NY City Council speaker Adrienne Adams:

"With the resignation of deputy mayors, it has become clear that Mayor Adams has now lost the confidence and trust of his own staff, his colleagues in government, and New Yorkers. He now must prioritize New York City and New Yorkers, step aside and resign."

Statement from the ATA ECEC Council on the horrible decision by the Alberta UCP to test our youngest students.

No one else does this in our country because children this young should be building connection and community - NOT sitting and doing standardized tests!!!

#RedForEd as often as I can! I will always stand up for teachers and the incredible work they do managing our overcrowded, increasingly complex classrooms.
Day 2 of Bargaining and the Local Presidents are sending positive vibes to our CTBC. Hope you remembered to wear your #REdForEdAB to show your support. Dec 12th & 13th are the next two days of bargaining so wear your #red to stand in solidarity with the 46,000 teachers across the province. #weareata

We need our provincial governments and federal government to come together in a Team Canada approach to deal with President-elect Trump’s threat of tariffs, which would destroy our economy.

Instead, Premier Smith prefers to engage in performative fights.

I say again, support your local public libraries!

We visited ours today to file our toddler’s first-ever passport application. It’s a major public service not all libraries offer, so we are super thankful this is a thing here. The whole process took just an hour (including a stop for pastries).
