We have a souvenir flag from Medieval Times that we keep inside our front door, and if one of us is having a bad day, we put it at half-staff when we get home, that way the other knows as soon as *they* get home and can adjust accordingly and this is a very good system indeed

People are stockpiling physical books in case they're banned. I've been doing this for a while, but mostly because with climate change there will continue to be more extreme weather events that knock out infrastructure such as internet, and I want to be able to look up things without Google.

I've been on X for a little over 10 years but have never really gotten into using it regularly. I started off following livestreamers during the Ferguson uprising. So this isn't so much a replacement, as just... IDK all the cool kids are doing it so I thought I'd try?
