One thing I hope we can do as Bluesky gets larger is be less tolerant of the resistance grifters who will try to hack the platform for engagement and growth without any interest in adding anything substantive or meaningful

I've been working my way through the book 12 Week Year and have already been implementing it a bit before finishing a book. Essentially it's breaking down your goals in each quarter instead of having a yearly outlook. Not rocket science but the content has been intriguing for me.
