I was hoping you’d have my doctor as he is absolutely amazing. I wish everyone could have a doctor like him. I hope yours is equally awesome!

My family doctor is moving to the health home when it opens as well. By any chance is his current practice at the mount?

And obviously, I’m clearly cool as fuck by the fact I use Duolingo for chess of all things.

It was at the Dartmouth General so that tracks! But also the technician probably sees so many boobs a day that it truly is so normal for her that I just rolled with it.

Weirdly they never gave me a gown, they just told me to take my top and bra off in the little office part and then got me to walk into the room with the machine. That was truly the most awkward part of it all 😂 But truly they are not nearly as uncomfortable as we are lead to believe!

At first I thought this said “I’m banging on by a string. Mind your own business” and I thought, same cat, hard same.

Last year we did some gifts and stocking still but didn’t put up a tree or have a normal Christmas dinner. I honestly don’t know that I’ll be able to do it this year either. My therapist told me last year you just need to do or not do whatever feels best to survive it basically.

When I was a teenager and my family got dogs for the first time we ended up getting two as the first one seemed to really need a friend. In some ways it was easier than one dog (which I had later) because they entertain each other.
