How is this shocking news? This was widely reported in April, when they came up with a Memorandum of Understanding (and the IRS Commissioner who tried to protect the data was fired), and again in July when the programming was being put into place.

To this day, I do not know who Nuzzi is. Despite that, I read part II. I am now questioning my ability to make decisions.

This is nothing new. Trump was complaining in 2020 that the reason the COVID response was substandard was because he had been left with empty shelves by the previous Admin, never taking responsibility for his obligation to ensure they were filled regardless. (The claim was a lie in any case.)

When the US invited Russia to monitor nuclear detonations in top-secret testing facilities in the late 80s, we did not invite them to build their own on US soil. If pilots need training, there's no reason to give them their own airbase here.
