Many molecular reactions in cells are tethered, often by #IDR. If 2 tethers are tied together (imagine handcuffed arms ⛓️‍💥), does this enhance or suppress their reactions? Formin, one of the major families of #cytoskeleton builders in eukaryotes, does exactly this.
