As for the colours…. I legit just squint at the colour wheel and picks out the colour in my head, sometimes when it’s a series I’ll colour pick from my previous piece to keep it consistent. I avoid colour picking from screenshots/pics tho, I do NOT recommend… practice ur eye!!

I know all the tricks to do art fast, all the program effects and shortcuts but… tbh nothing works better for me than just doing it the hard way and re-draw stuff on top, it also allows me to correct stuff. The level of details vary for the blobs!!

It’s super simple!! First I lay down blobs, often monochrome. Then once I’m kinda happy with them, I draw on top new blobs but with colour this time, then I render everything. Yes I manually draw in the black bgs
