Mine is hard wired but it's on a setting to only be on when engine is. It had an option to be on all the time. Worth checking settings

Drives me nuts Martin. All they need to do is put boiled water onto a bag, they could have done it in the time it took to ask me my name for the cup then tell me I could collect it from the next counter 🤦♀️
