I predict he's wrong.

There's a little factor that some people...actually ENJOY living their lives.

Not everyone wants to outsource every aspect of their existence, especially the parts that make that existence worthwhile, to an AI.

...break those rules.

When you get someone who has NEITHER honour, nor integrity, they simply choose NOT to punish themselves for their own rules breaches.

I thought the entire POINT of the Ministerial Code was that if someone broke the rules the intent was they were expected to resign.

Just like Johnson, he shows the issue with a system which relies on personal honour and integrity of individual ministers to obey the rules and to resign if they...

Signed! If MP's are SO convinced that the policies of a particular party represent the will of the people, then they can RUN on those policies.

Not run as part of a more popular party, only to yell "SURPRISE SUCKERS!" when they Trojan Horse their way into a seat for 4-5 years.

Aw...poor her! A house she owns, millions in the bank...

...I'm perfectly sure there are plenty of people who would more than happily trade places with her if she finds it so awful!

This meme seems appropriate for pretty much every Brexit "benefit" of the last decade.
a man says " you know somehow " and " i told you so just doesn 't quite say it "

My simple rule of thumb when it comes to the Tories or Reform.

1. Listen to what they say.

2. Figure out the EXACT OPPOSITE.

3. Assume THAT is the truth.

I'd have to say...I'm definitely correct most of the time when I do.

I have a basic rule of thumb when it comes to Reform and Farage. It's the same one I applied to the Tories.

1. Listen to what they say.

2. Figure out what the EXACT OPPOSITE is.

3. Assume THAT is true!

Got to say...I'm rarely proven wrong when I do.

Absolutely!!!!

Look, we left, we tried it, we gave it a good, honest shot...and now, just shy of TEN YEARS later, it has failed to deliver ONE single promise or positive outcome.

We gave it a good, honest college try...and it didn't work out! Time to admit the mistake and talk re-entry.

... Oh well, I guess since they already did that, the precedent's been set then and so they have nothing to complain about if anyone else does it to them.

But, of course, we all know such things are only "fair" if it benefits them.

Ah, yes, a progressive plot to affect the elections! No doubt this'll involve something like parties unlikely to win individual elections standing down all opposition in those constituencies in order to sway the vote to the side closest to them.

Like Reform did for the Tories for Johnson. ...

Just finished my first playthrough, and absolutely loved it!

Great story!

Aw man, I only heard about this one today!

Normally I like hearing all these "predictions" before the event, so that I can count down to precisely NOTHING happening, just like EVERY OTHER time.

Always love a good "The end is here, and this time we REALLY mean it!" prediction to laugh at!

...consequences of his actions as well."

2: "But...but...that's not how this is meant to work! You're meant to back off now to save the person you like!"

1: "Yes, but I just believe that EVERYONE should follow the same standards and face consequences of their actions, REGARDLESS of who it is!"
