Judge denies relief to men Trump admin sent to Ghana in questioned agreement
The lawsuit alleges the "purpose" of the Ghana deportations is to have Ghana send the men to countries where the U.S. could not legally send them directly.

That’s not to say the reporting isn’t important—it is. And it’s obviously not to defend the administration. This is, however, the way they have been doing this. The main news here is (1) they still are doing this, and (2) they’ve reached some sort of sketchy deal with Cameroon to send people there.
