Never in the history of the SNAP program - including during government shutdowns - has SNAP funding ever been suspended or only partially funded.

While some funding is better than none, the Trump Administration has the means to FULLY fund this program and is CHOOSING not to. It's reprehensible.
NPR headline reading: SNAP benefits will restart, but it will be half the normal payment
