Sea fog in #brightonandhove at the weekend, and seabreezes, refreshingly cool.

A moment of coolness in central London. A stunning Candelabra Hydrangea in St. James's Square, on what must be the hottest day so far in the UK. Bless all the trees 🌳 🤍🕊

Our privatised water system is broken - and water lobbyists have worked hard to shut down alternatives.

In July the People’s Commission is launching a people-first vision for our water in Parliament.

Your MP needs to hear about it: actionnetwork.org/letters/ask-...
Ask your MP to show their support for a people-first future for our water!
We can make our water work for people - not shareholders - but water lobbyists are working hard to shut this solution down. Will you make sure your MP hears about it?

I will buy this poetry book for sure. Simon Armitage came to my town and read some of his poems last year - he was a blast, I loved him! Amazing dude.

Also, anyone who is worried about the natural world and is working to help it is good with me ♥️♥️♥️

Lunchtime stroll along the Thames at Dartford Crossing. Rewarded by seeing these lovely geese with chicks trying out the water. 🪿

Morning coffee break under a lovely pine tree, which is budding with new growth. A lot of pine cones have dropped off this week, due to the heat wave. Have a great #FriYaY #microbreak #mindfulcoffee

A lunchtime amble, eating slowly on the go, not rushing, just taking in the environs. #mindfulwalking it's a lovely early summery day, but any kind of day will do, thank you. If you could hear the background traffic noise you'd appreciate, I'm in no oasis. The #QE2 Dartford bridge for context

My current #moodboard displayed in my little summerhouse to remind me of my best intentions. This is the first one I've completed. It was started on the final wellbeing journaling session at The Exchange #Erith completed at home. I like to read and write in my summerhouse when the weather's fine 🌞
