I wish Harris would constantly be in the public eye against this administration for the next four years. Come out hard and swing hard—she has plenty of ammo. Be as vocal as DJT has been for the past four years. 75M voted for her; she could win in 2028 or just be a much-needed voice of leadership.

Me too, Ricky. Me too.
We were robbed of having an actual President and many chose a criminal piece of shit instead of her. It’ll continue breaking my heart for a long time.

I never thought I would have to write this for US. It pains me because my parents fled a cruel system for safety in America. But here we are and I have put together a guide of the worst case scenario when Trump takes office open.substack.com/pub/olgalaut...

Lee: When Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson was up for confirmation or when VP Harris was added to the ticket, they called them DEI hires. They want you to believe that Harvard graduate with over 20 years of experience is not qualified but Fox personality is qualified to run the DOD

From the way back machine: Recap of lardass disastrous 1st term as of 1/21/21.

There is nothing in this analysis that made a case for him to be elected again.

The analysis also underscores how much lying he does about his 1st term and media never called him on it

He has become the first president since Herbert Hoover during the Great Depression to depart office with fewer jobs in the country than when he entered.

This all day. This is the point in eradicating the Dept of Ed, and no one can tell me otherwise. SSDD. I grew up in it, in a church school, in the 70s-80s-90s. It was a pushback on desegregation. It's racist and it's ridiculous.
NEW: Private schools across the South that were established for white children during desegregation are now benefiting from tens of millions in taxpayer dollars flowing from rapidly expanding voucher-style programs, a @propublica analysis found.

Is it weird that I don't care..? What's done is done. Musk threw his major platform behind skewing a U.S. election. He accomplished his objective.

I will keep fighting the same fight I always will, whether scrappy underdog or annoying constituent in any progressive politician's ear.
Within a week, there is going to be an opinion piece:
"I tried to break into the BlueSky echo chamber, but the so-called tolerant left would not talk to me."

Goodreads is owned by Jeff Bezos. A better alternative is StoryGraph, a Black woman-owned platform. And before y’all start, you can transfer all your Goodreads data to Storygraph so you literally have no excuse.

There is now some hard evidence that X boosted the Trump campaign and suppressed the Harris campaign. What's to stop Musk from doing the same in other countries?

Congrats to @bluesky for all the new users

My 2 cents. Find every news source the has an RSS feed or equivalent and create accounts that that show their public deeds on here under @johndoetimesfeed

That way we all get access to news without having to wait for them to create accounts first.

I see lots of questions and anxiety over how we fight back against seemingly stacked odds.

I expect in the coming weeks many here will share their perspectives on how we move forward.

As you process and get to a place of action, here are some things to consider, in terms of mindset
