Some very questionable decisions in Vikings vs Pittsburgh on both sides. Felt like both coaches struggled there at the end. Clocking the ball and then taking a delay of game is just brutal.

As of today, there are only 5 qualified hitters above .300. This would break the record of 6, from 1968 (the year that resulted in the mound getting lowered).

Every kid from the 1980s is just a little more sad today with the passing of Ryne Sandberg. He wasn’t the perennial 40 HR guy, but every kid wore or wanted his baseball glove. Tough week for GenX and their heroes.

So apparently the #mntwins offseason WAS successful. They don’t win that game without plays by Bader and France. Arguably the two best players performing from a position player standpoint in this young season.
