Posting this everywhere because I am so proud of myself. Haven’t touched a pole in 2 years, and was surprised I managed this invert in my first ever aerial silks class!

Michelle Williams is obviously a superstar, but also Jenny Slate is absolutely mind blowing in Dying for Sex. It’s a career high for her for sure. Right up there with Obvious Child as one of my favourites of her performances.

I set myself some goals in 2025 related to dance and performing. I’ve started a new training certification, am working with a circus coach on my flexibility, and now, I’m adding hoop to my skill set! New shinies to hopefully include in my stage acts!

It’s slightly above freezing, which means for the first time since November the top floor of my not-so-well-insulated century home doesn’t feel like walking into a freezer.
I might have to use only 3 or 4 blankets on the bed instead of 5!

The Ontario leaders debate on Northern Issues being in the middle of the day on a Friday tells you a lot about how much they actually care about northern Ontario.
Also I will never stop loling that every “northern Ontario” thing is held in North Bay. They’re too afraid to actually come up north.
