It’s a lot easier to understand Nicki Minaj’s change to Trump supporter when you realize she came to the US illegally and is buying her citizenship with a bribe.
She’s luckier than thousands of other immigrants just like her in that she’s rich and famous so bribery’s an option.

What the people of MSP are doing is called self defense.
It’s driving me a little insane to see all this “protester” lingo.
Like yea there are protests..
But if masked, armed thugs invade your neighborhood and terrorize your community, standing against that is not “protesting”.
That’s an attempt to maintain safety. The government made itself the danger.

What the people of MSP are doing is called self defense.
Democrats avoided a shut down by passing the budget except for the additional funding for ICE.
That doesn’t mean ICE is defunded. It’s extra super funded still through 2030.
They just didn’t give them a third helping of extra super funding.
ICE is still better funded than the military per capita.

Vance is wrong. ICE agents aren't immune from state prosecution. They might think twice about shooting citizens if they know they could spend years in pretrial detention while lawyers argue about federalism, procedure, and evidence. We should tell them.

Gov. Walz isn’t being cowardly. If he calls in the national guard to repel ICE, Trump nationalizes them, invokes the Insurrection Act, and sends the army. The Guard and the Army will fracture as personnel picks a side. Followed by the other states. And bam, true civil war.
