About 85% of my cancer patients rely on Medicaid to cover their treatment. Without it, they wouldn’t be able to afford any care. Same with 95% of my sickle cell patients. Medicaid is a necessary service

What I’ve been thinking. Musk and all the other oligarchs could combine forces and solve all the US, and maybe even some of the world’s problems, and still have money leftover to waste on pointless things

I was definitely taught in med school that hemophilia was only in males, but female “carriers” can have symptomatic bleeding too that needs treatment
