They call it POI, which is a fancy way of saying early early perimenopause (in your 30s). The fact that doctors will just say "you're too young for perimenopause" and end the conversation there is ridiculous. Do they not know of POI? Why not test for it? We need more trained menopause specialists.
Pretty sure early menopause isn't that rare. Women are just gaslit into thinking they don't have it.
