Because of the mild spring there was an abundance of tits and sparrows. We had many a fascinating time sitting on the patio watching the skills of sparrow hawks taking advantage of the fledglings

Love raptors. Their persecution makes my blood boil and the culprits, even when caught red-handed with SSPCA video evidence, are treated way too leniently IMO.
